Country Leader Denmark / Managing Director to Francks Køleindustri

Due to strong growth and continued expansion, Francks Køleindustri is looking for a hands-on Country Leader for Denmark who will play a central role in the continued development of our Danish business – while also contributing actively to the growth journey of Francks Group.
About the role
As Country Leader Denmark, you will have overall responsibility for leadership, performance, and strategic development of Francks’ Danish operations. You will run the business in a correct, compliant, and responsible manner – legally, financially, and ethically.
The role carries full P&L responsibility and requires a strong focus on sustainable growth, high profitability, and operational excellence across service, projects, and key customer segments. You will be a key member of the Group leadership team and report directly to the Group CEO.
This is a senior executive role with significant influence, short decision paths, and the opportunity to set the direction for an ambitious organization in strong development.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop Francks’ Danish operations in line with Group strategy, values, and financial targets
Drive profitable growth and market expansion across service, projects, and selected segments
Hold full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, KPI follow-up, and financial performance
Ensure efficient and scalable operations across sales, service, installation, and project execution
Lead, inspire, and develop the Danish management team and organization
Represent Francks externally and build strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Danish laws, regulations, collective agreements, and HSE standards
Contribute actively to Group-wide initiatives, collaboration, and operational excellence programs
Your background
We expect that you:
Have solid senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility
Come from industrial refrigeration, HVAC, technical services, or installation-based industries
Possess strong commercial and financial understanding
Thrive in a hands-on leadership role where strategy and daily operations go hand in hand
Have experience leading service-driven or multi-site organizations
Personal qualities
Clear, values-based leader with high integrity
Strategic, yet pragmatic with strong execution capability
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Resilient, decisive, and comfortable leading in a growth environment
